Plant wateringWe will water all indoor plants and you can specify the quantity and frequency We can water your outdoor plants or garden for a small additional fee.

CancellationAny booking needs to be cancelled 48 hours prior or a 50% cancellation fee will apply
Terms & Conditions

1) Acceptance of our services is deemed acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and an agreement to pay our fees on time
2) If it becomes necessary, your animal will be taken to a veterinary surgeon. You are responsible for any fees that are reasonably incurred during your absence or during the course of an assignment.
3) The client authorises the Vet (Medivet or another clinic) to treat their cat/s in case of any injury or illness

4) It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the property, its contents, and pets are adequately insured throughout the duration of the assignment as we will not accept liability for any damage to the property caused by your pet(s)

5) We we will make every effort to ensure your pet is well looked after in your absence, however we cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, illness or death to the cat(s) either inside or outside of the home whilst in our care.
​
6) We recommend that cats are kept indoors whilst in our care so we can ensure their health and safety. However should you wish for your cat to have free access to a cat flap we cannot be held liable for any disappearance, injuries or death.

7) You give permission for photographs and videos of your cat(s) to be used on our social media pages and website, unless specified by you.
